A bit about me....
I’m a mum to two teenagers, and Ziggy, our much-loved dog, who’s considered my third child. Family life is at the very core of who I am, and parenting has been one of my greatest teachers. Being a mother to a neurodivergent child has brought ongoing lessons in patience, flexibility, and learning to see the world through a different lens.
A journey that’s both deeply rewarding and, at times, emotionally demanding. Like many parents, I do my best to meet those challenges with love and understanding, while continuing to balance care for my well-being and health, which can feel like a constant juggling act. Homeopathy is a vital support in this process, helping me stay grounded and balanced through the ups and downs of everyday life.
With Ziggy keeping me connected to one of my greatest sources of wellbeing: nature. Our walks give me the time and space to slow down, reconnect, and ground myself. Offering me to slow down, where many of my thoughts, ideas, and inspirations take shape.
Having grown up in the beautiful coastal surroundings of Pembrokeshire, south-west Wales, where salty sea air, swimming, and the beach were an important part of my life. Now based in Glasgow, Scotland, I’ve found that same sense of peace and connection in the stillness of lochs and the Scottish landscape here.

...and my journey
Having used natural alternative for most of my adult life, My journey with homeopathy began over 30 years ago, as I recovered from burnout brought on by long hours and a demanding commute. Homeopathy quickly became central to my wellbeing, supporting me through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, my children’s health, and my own physical and emotional challenges, including the loss of my Dad, which was devastating. Alongside homeopathy, I’ve long embraced herbal medicine and aromatherapy as part of my own healing journey.
This deep connection inspired me to train as a homeopath, an incredible, life-changing experience. It not only deepened my understanding of how and why the body becomes unwell, but also how, with the right support, it can gently return to balance. In today’s world of constant stress and pressure, I believe this kind of support is more vital than ever.
My professional roots lie in therapeutic work. I began my first counselling course at 25, which led to more than 20 years in mental health and addiction recovery, including service management roles where I developed and delivered therapeutic programmes, particularly for women facing trauma and complex life challenges. My counselling diploma and extensive training have deeply shaped my work and continue to inform my holistic approach.

Not Forgetting ....
This journey inspired me to create a range of aromatherapy products, using the benefits of essential oils to support mental and emotional wellbeing. to develop the social enterprise,
HOPE (Hold On, Peace Exists), in collaboration with women on their own journeys of mental health, trauma, and addiction recovery. Together, we hand-blended and poured small-batch products; rollerballs, candles, and bath salts, each made with care and intention. Sadly, the project came to a pause when COVID hit. However, HOPE is currently in the process of rebranding, so watch this space,
